Meet Our Producer:

Authentic Cretan Olive Oil, Crafted with Passion

At La Grecque, we carefully select producers who share our commitment to authenticity, quality, and respect for tradition. EARTHIA is one of those exceptional partners.

Based in the heart of Crete, EARTHIA produces premium extra virgin olive oil from the renowned Koroneiki olive variety, celebrated worldwide for its rich aroma, remarkable stability, and naturally high concentration of antioxidants.

Rooted in Cretan Heritage

The EARTHIA brand draws inspiration from over 6,000 years of olive-growing tradition in Crete. Its name, colours, and visual identity pay tribute to the island's Minoan civilisation, combining cultural heritage with a modern and elegant design.

Every bottle reflects the history, landscape, and craftsmanship of Crete while meeting the highest contemporary quality standards.

From Olive Grove to Bottle

Quality begins long before the olives reach the mill.

The olives are cultivated in the semi-mountainous region surrounding Agies Paraskies, near Heraklion, where limestone soils, abundant sunshine, and the Mediterranean climate create ideal growing conditions.

Harvested at the optimal stage of ripeness, the olives are processed immediately in EARTHIA's private olive mill using cold extraction methods. Every step—from cultivation and harvesting to milling and bottling—is carefully controlled to preserve the oil's freshness, flavour, and nutritional value.

Exceptional Quality

EARTHIA produces exclusively Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the highest quality category of olive oil.

Its Koroneiki olives produce an oil distinguished by:

Naturally low acidity
Intense fruity aroma
Balanced bitterness and pleasant peppery finish
High oxidative stability
Rich natural polyphenol content

The result is an elegant, well-balanced olive oil that enhances everyday cooking while being equally appreciated when enjoyed raw.

Protected from Nature

To preserve its exceptional quality, EARTHIA is bottled in premium UV-protected glass bottles that shield the oil from light, helping maintain its aroma, freshness, and nutritional properties over time.

Each bottle is fitted with a controlled-pour cap for convenient everyday use and is available in several formats to suit both home kitchens and professional hospitality.

Certified Quality

EARTHIA works with certified production partners and follows strict national and European quality regulations throughout the production process.

Every production batch undergoes independent laboratory analysis to verify:

Extra virgin quality standards
Low acidity
Fatty acid profile
Absence of detectable pesticide residues
Compliance with International Olive Council analytical standards

This commitment to quality ensures complete traceability and consistency from harvest to bottle.
