Niktaris Bakery is a family-run Cretan bakery rooted in Sises, Mylopotamos, Crete. Its story began with the family’s mother, Maria, baking traditional breads and local specialties; the next generation expanded the craft while preserving the emphasis on Cretan ingredients, traditional recipes and handmade character. Today, the bakery remains closely tied to the island’s baking heritage, with rusks among its signature products.
