This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains: delivery areas; order preparation times; delivery estimates; shipping costs; tracking; delivery issues. This policy applies together with our Terms & Conditions of Sale. 2. Delivery Area LA GRECQUE SARL-S currently offers online delivery throughout the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Requests for delivery outside Luxembourg, including Belgium, France, Germany or other neighbouring countries, may be considered on an individual basis. Customers wishing to arrange delivery outside Luxembourg should contact us before placing an order so that we can confirm availability and provide applicable shipping costs. 4. Order Processing Orders are processed: Monday to Friday; excluding Luxembourg public holidays. Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During periods of increased demand, promotional periods or exceptional circumstances, preparation times may be longer. Where delays occur, LA GRECQUE SARL-S will make reasonable efforts to inform customers. 5. Delivery Times For deliveries within Luxembourg, orders are generally delivered within: 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines. Actual delivery times may vary depending on: courier operations; weather conditions; public holidays; transport disruptions; circumstances outside our reasonable control. 6. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Before completing payment, customers will see: applicable delivery charges; total order value; final amount payable. No additional delivery charges will apply unless required due to circumstances caused by the customer, such as incorrect delivery information or a requested re-delivery. 7. Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking Where tracking is available, customers will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking availability depends on the delivery method and courier service used. Where tracking is not available, customers will receive confirmation that their order has been dispatched. 8. Delivery Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Before confirming an order, customers should verify: name; delivery address; postal code; telephone number; email address. LA GRECQUE SARL-S shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by: incorrect addresses; incomplete delivery information; customer absence; inability to contact the customer. 9. Failed Delivery Attempts If delivery cannot be completed due to: incorrect address information; repeated failed delivery attempts; refusal of delivery; failure to collect a parcel where applicable, the parcel may be returned to LA GRECQUE SARL-S. If the customer requests re-delivery, additional delivery charges may apply. For food products or perishable goods returned after unsuccessful delivery, refunds or replacements may not be possible where the products are no longer suitable for resale due to food safety requirements. 10. Damaged Deliveries Customers should inspect deliveries upon receipt. If products arrive damaged, customers should contact LA GRECQUE SARL-S as soon as possible. Where possible, customers should provide: order number; description of the issue; photographs of damaged products; photographs of packaging. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution where applicable. 11. Transfer of Risk For consumers, responsibility for loss or damage transfers when the customer, or a person designated by the customer, receives physical possession of the goods. This does not affect consumer rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming products. 12. This Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy explains: the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to consumers; conditions for returning products; procedures for damaged or incorrect orders; refund procedures. Statutory Right of Withdrawal Consumers purchasing online within the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the date on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify LA GRECQUE SARL-S before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The notification must include a clear statement expressing the decision to withdraw from the contract. The consumer may submit the request by: email; written letter; or the standard European Union withdrawal form where applicable. 4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal In accordance with applicable European Union and Luxembourg consumer legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products. This includes, in particular: Food Products The withdrawal right does not apply to: sealed food products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened after delivery; products that have been unsealed after delivery; products that are perishable or liable to deteriorate rapidly. This exception exists because returned food products may no longer be suitable for resale due to food safety requirements. Other Excluded Products The withdrawal right may also not apply to: products made according to customer specifications; personalised products; products which become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery; any other products excluded by mandatory applicable legislation. 6. Effects of Withdrawal Where a valid withdrawal right applies and has been correctly exercised: LA GRECQUE SARL-S will reimburse: the purchase price of returned products; and the standard delivery cost where required by law. Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive delivery option than the standard delivery offered will not be reimbursed. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless another method has been expressly agreed. 7. Refund Timing Refunds will be issued without undue delay and within the legal timeframe required by applicable law. LA GRECQUE SARL-S may postpone reimbursement until: the returned products have been received; or the customer provides proof that the products have been returned, whichever occurs first. Once approved, refunds are normally processed within ten (10) business days. Actual receipt of funds may depend on the customer's bank or payment provider. 8. Return Conditions Where a return is accepted, products must: be unused; remain unopened; remain in original packaging; have intact protective seals; include all original components; be in a condition suitable for resale. Products returned in an unsuitable condition may not qualify for a refund where permitted by law. 9. Food Safety and Hygiene Restrictions Due to food safety requirements, LA GRECQUE SARL-S cannot accept returns of food products that: have been opened; have been consumed; have damaged or removed protective seals; have not been stored according to instructions; are no longer suitable for resale. These restrictions do not affect statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products. 10. How to Request a Return To request a return: Step 1 Contact LA GRECQUE SARL-S with: order number; customer name; product concerned; reason for return; photographs where relevant. Step 2 We will review the request and provide return instructions where applicable. Step 3 The customer returns the product according to the instructions provided. Step 4 Once received and inspected, LA GRECQUE SARL-S will confirm the outcome and process any applicable refund or replacement. 11. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products If an order arrives: damaged; defective; incomplete; or different from what was ordered, the customer should contact LA GRECQUE SARL-S as soon as reasonably possible. Where possible, notification should be made within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery. The customer should provide: order number; description of the problem; photographs of damaged products; photographs of external packaging. LA GRECQUE SARL-S will review the claim and may offer: replacement of the affected product; refund; partial refund; another appropriate remedy. 12. Return Shipping Costs LA GRECQUE SARL-S will cover reasonable return shipping costs where the return results from: incorrect products supplied; defective products; damaged products; an error attributable to LA GRECQUE SARL-S. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Customers are encouraged to use a tracked delivery service for returned goods. LA GRECQUE SARL-S cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost before receipt. 13. Legal Guarantee Rights Nothing in this policy affects the mandatory legal guarantees available to consumers under Luxembourg and European Union law. Where products do not conform to the contract, consumers may have rights including: repair; replacement; price reduction; contract termination; subject to applicable legal conditions. 14.
