Product story
Moraitis Estate Paros Red is a Protected Designation of Origin Paros wine produced from carefully selected seaside vineyards. The deep-coloured Mandilaria is co-fermented with the aromatic white Monemvassia, creating a distinctive expression of the island’s winemaking tradition. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, the wine develops richness, depth and firm tannic structure, finishing with impressive length. Best served at 18–20°C.
