Based in the heart of Crete, EARTHIA produces premium extra virgin olive oil from the renowned Koroneiki olive variety, celebrated worldwide for its rich aroma, remarkable stability, and naturally high concentration of antioxidants.

From Olive Grove to Bottle

Quality begins long before the olives reach the mill.

The olives are cultivated in the semi-mountainous region surrounding Agies Paraskies, near Heraklion, where limestone soils, abundant sunshine, and the Mediterranean climate create ideal growing conditions.

Harvested at the optimal stage of ripeness, the olives are processed immediately in EARTHIA's private olive mill using cold extraction methods. Every step—from cultivation and harvesting to milling and bottling—is carefully controlled to preserve the oil's freshness, flavour, and nutritional value.
