Lemon Olive Oil Potatoes

Potatoes, lemon, oregano, and olive oil become deeply fragrant when roasted together.

- Potatoes
- Greek olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Oregano
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into wedges and season with salt and oregano.
