Salt Odyssey was born from a passion for natural Greek sea salt and Mediterranean flavors. Based in Messolonghi, the company works with pure, unrefined sea salt harvested from the region’s historic salt pans and combines it with carefully selected Greek herbs and spices. What began in 2008 as a way to showcase Messolonghi salt has grown into an internationally recognized Greek brand, bringing authentic, natural and flavorful salts to kitchens around the world.
